Hi my name is Sharlene. I am the Oldest Daughter to a mom whom had 3 Brain surgeries, 2 strokes, triple bypass surgery, and was diagnosed with Cancer and had to have a Breast removed. I am still her caretaker today in which she is almost 100% back to normal with the exception of minor memory loss or repeating sentences. She is my life and over the years and working in the field previously, I've developed a soft spot for assisting those who may be at a disadvantage. I love helping people and caring for them. A great caretaker is a nurturer. One who cares and treats others as they would want to be treated. I'm most proud of saving my mother's life. It's a long story, would love to share one day.

I am a hard working professional with years of experience in customer service, patient care and hospice care. I am a team player as well as a self motivator and very independent. I have good listening skills, great time-management skills and dependable. I love taking care of people and making an impact on people's lives and I've learned and grown in being a great caregiver. I enjoy the different story's that my clients have shared with me over the years about there lives. I also find comfort in knowing that I can provide care for someone who needs assistance in their home or in a facility providing extra help and comfort. I am proud of my complishments in getting my degrees by working hard and earning them from college. I am most proud of showing my family that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
