I became a caregiver because I grew up around my oldest sister who is a nurse. I love to see the smile on people faces when they feel better. I like to make them feel love and comfortable. I want to be treated the way I will treat them. I'm a friendly, good sense of humor ,hard working ,trustworthy and easy to get along with others. I am available 6pm -6am week days and any time weekends.

A great caregiver is a person who has the best interest in the client. as far as meeting their ADLS. A good caregiver has to have patience, reliable,honest,be on time to work.

I have a great passion taking care of people .Providing support at all times. The most thing I like about care giving is that it helps me interact with different sets of people from different background and age .I have learned a lot as a caregiver especially in the health field. I have come to know many different diseases people suffer from, their signs and symptoms and this has helped me to know how to take care of my own self and help others better. I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping people live better lives. Caregiving allows me to make a difference in one persons life everyday, lifting their spirits, and making them smile is what I love the most. My greatest personal achievement was raising my two children and sending them off to a 4 year college. I love plants and animals. Gardening is my favorite thing to do. I garden 7 days a week least 3 hours daily.

I first realized I wanted to be a caregiver when I had to take care of my grandparents in their old age. My grandmother was a nurse and she inspired me to start working as a CNA. I am blessed to be able to become a caregiver because I care and love the Elderly, after volunteering in Nursing Homes you see to much and hear to much, those places are a money making place you mite have one person for so long so what care will they really get, to be able to give the care they need and the love and the time they deserve Nursing Homes are not the place for the ones you Love.I am proud of myself because I am in school at the moment to become a pediatric nurse and its one of the hardest things i have done.
