I love making my residents happy and I will go over the top to make sure they have what they need because they deserve it. If you clock in and go to work you need to do what is expected of you, and that's your job. I do not like when people half do their jobs. especially working in patient care. these are people that you are dealing with and your job needs to be taken seriously.
