I am currently a master of social work student with a concentration in healthcare. I have over 10 years experience in healthcare in hospitals, rehabs, long term care , and in home care. I am CPR BLS and First Aid Trained. I have experience working with complex disorders such as alzhiemers, dementia, epilepsy and autism.

I am an athlete and an artist by nature. I make people comfortable and I make people laugh. All the private clients I have worked with love the fact that I sing for them, I dance for them and i read stories to them. For others, I help them with light exercises. I am presently a Ph.D. student at Walden university completing my degree in human and social services so I can help more people get a much better life through improved daily life activities. I have been a caregiver for more than 9 years. at one time, I did full time and other instances, I did it part-time. I am kind by nature and love to help people. I have been told several times that I am a natural caregiver. My love for caring for others comes naturally. I was born out of a home of many children and my mother was sickly so I became an adult at 16 so I can take care of my siblings. I thought myself how to be kind to people and take care of those in need. I enjoy being able to help or assist someone who actually needs help. I always feel proud when I see people being grateful for my services but irrespective of whether they are grateful or not, I am grateful that I can be of help to those who need my services.

Hello my name is Frieda and I have been a caregiver almost 15 years started caring for my grandmother when she was sick. I do work as a Case manager as well. For the last 22 years I have interacted with toddlers, teens, adults and the elderly and I have enjoyed working with people in general.
