I am an athlete and an artist by nature. I make people comfortable and I make people laugh. All the private clients I have worked with love the fact that I sing for them, I dance for them and i read stories to them. For others, I help them with light exercises. I am presently a Ph.D. student at Walden university completing my degree in human and social services so I can help more people get a much better life through improved daily life activities. I have been a caregiver for more than 9 years. at one time, I did full time and other instances, I did it part-time. I am kind by nature and love to help people. I have been told several times that I am a natural caregiver. My love for caring for others comes naturally. I was born out of a home of many children and my mother was sickly so I became an adult at 16 so I can take care of my siblings. I thought myself how to be kind to people and take care of those in need. I enjoy being able to help or assist someone who actually needs help. I always feel proud when I see people being grateful for my services but irrespective of whether they are grateful or not, I am grateful that I can be of help to those who need my services.

I am patient and I do employ a lot of compassion when providing services. I provide services to the best of my ability because I look at the elderly as my own parents. I am satisfied when my employer feels safe and comfortable.

Hello my name is Frieda and I have been a caregiver almost 15 years started caring for my grandmother when she was sick. I do work as a Case manager as well. For the last 22 years I have interacted with toddlers, teens, adults and the elderly and I have enjoyed working with people in general. I am open minded, leader, compassionate, understanding, prompt, understanding, over and beyond person, teachable, great listener, and have wonderful relationships with supervisors and coworkers. Hi. I am a caring and compassionate person. I decided to become a caregiver after helping my grandmother. I believe it is important for the elderly to be as independent as they can be and to be treated with dignity and respect. I view my job as helping the elderly be as independent as they can be with my assistance.

I have been in the health field for 13 years. I love to help people and some of my family members had some illnesses that I wanted to learn more about. So that is why I went to school and took classes to learn how to take care of those who need our special care.

First and foremost, I have a compassionate heart and desire to serve the most vulnerable in society. I am currently a graduate student at Loyola University Chicago with the intention of becoming a healthcare or hospice chaplain. I hold a M.S. in psychology and have over nine years of work experience in non-profit, specially in the fields of: education, mental health, and social services. My interest in caregiving has been a life long desire starting as a babysitter at age 12 and continued with my work in social services. My favorite part of caregiving occurred when I was able to advocate for a client's personal needs.

I've been a private healthcare giver for 7 years. Currently, I take care of a lady in Lake Dallas and looking to fill additional hours with another person that needs my services. I enjoy taking care of others and this is my passion and very fulfilling. I've become very humble and knowing that the client is extremely happy after I assist with the necessary duties. My career changes happened after I took care of my spouse 7 years ago. Since his passing, I have become a full time caregiver. Hello a little about my self...i am a cna/hha...I have been this for 18 years...what attracted me to be a caregiver is I enjoy helping people...the one thing I most proud of this year so far is I am going to school to get my master and my doctrine in social work.

I've been in the health care field since 2012. I started out doing home heath, I then received my CNA certification in 2013. I've worked in nursing homes. While working in the nursing home I gained all my experience with gait belts, hoyor lifts, making a bed while the patient is in, dressing the patience while in bed, I also have experience with bed baths. I worked in huntsville hospital for 6 yrs. I then changed my job as I returned to school for social work in 2021. I now work at a drug and rehab center. Going back to school is what I'm most proud of. I enjoy spending time and helping the elderly. My grandparents have passed on, so I treat my patients as if they are family or my grandparents. Any elderly person for that matter. It's just the way I raised. Learning about my patients and their past lives before they aged. I enjoy soaking up the wisdom that each patient has to offer.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of the elderly. I like making the patients feel special and giving them attention. A personal achievement I am proud of is I have earned my Associates Degree in Health Administration. Also I am working on my Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I am very dependable. I have been a nurse for 13 years. Worked in various different areas. I always bee-drawn to caring for others, even before I became a nurse I worked as a STNA providing personal care to dementia patients at a facility. I like to be able to give patients one on one care that would enable them to continue to live where they desire.
