I am very outgoing and always have a positive attitude about everything. I wanted to be a caregiver because I help my grandmother all the time before she passed with cancer. I help her get in and out of bed, fixed her food, cleaned for her, and also took her outside whenever she needed fresh air. Hello I'm Allison, I am Currently in cosmetology school, I'm looking to work as a care giver and help any way I can. I have Interned at a nursing home for a year, it was by far the best work/ experience Iv ever had. After I lost My grandpa to dementia I wanted To work with the elder to make sure they felt loved and comfortable through it all.

I believe I was born to be a caregiver. I've been a caregiver since I was considerably young with my own mother and have had plenty experience through previous patients. I realized it gives me a sense of purpose in this world, & not only do I love it, but I'm great at it. Of course people need help with physical issues that occur during the process of aging, but I also believe everyone in their heart needs to feel & know they are not alone & that they are cared for and loved. I want to provide the same love to them as their own family would provide if they were able to make it there themselves.

I am a hard worker, kind, understanding, mature and professional. I have cared for many people in my life including my own grandmother, who passed away from cancer, my mother who currently suffers from many illnesses, my college professor's mother, who suffered from dementia. I am heavy built and strong so I am able to lift carry and assist in many ways other women nurses may struggle with. I am studious, trainable and reliable.

It's a blessing to have our elderly loved ones still with us. Grandparents and senior adults are deserving of the highest quality of care. I was blessed to have grandparents who loved me and I believe our elders should be honored and respected while receiving tender loving care. I treat all elders the very same way I treated my beloved grandmother. We are living longer in the US and we have more senior citizens than ever before and they deserve to be loved and honored.

I'm 19 and a nursing major! I have a huge heart and will treat your family like my own. I have a little experience helping the elderly, including my grandfather who passed away. He had an aneurysm and needed help remembering medications, getting around, among other things. I would love to help others the same way i helped my grandfather.

I became a caregiver when I was 19 years old. I want to always treat others the way I hope to be treated when I'm in the same or similar situation. Caring for the elderly and/or disabled has and will always be my calling. My favorite part of my job is when I make a client smile or see any glimpse of happiness in them.
