I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD AND OBTAIN MORE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE MEDICAL FIELD. I WANTED TO BECOME A CAREGIVER TO WORK MY WAY UP THE LADDER OF BECOMING A REGISTERED NURSE.

Hello, my name is Mikeria Pollock. I've been a CNA since 2017. I enjoy help others and being a positive impact on people lives. I enjoy taking pictures, driving, and going on trips. What attracted me to being a caregiver is my mom. Whenever we would have family members who would get sick we keep them at our home and assisted my mom with caring for them until their death. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the impact I make on their lives, it be the smallest things that makes their day, I enjoy listening to their stores about their lives and stuff. A person achievement I'm proud of is my hard work and dedication to nursing and caring for others.

I would love to be a caregiver. I'm very easy going, responsible and caring. I'm empathetic to people. I love getting to know people and trying to make them have a good day and a better life.

Hello my name is Latoya Arrington I am currently living in Tomball Texas I am from Mississippi. I started doing caregiving at the age of 19 sitting with a elder lady who I meet near from my house who couldn't really help herself. But before sitting with her, at the age of 16-18 I use too help at my mother job that was also a CNA on weekends or during my summer break and became their volunteer worker. That one job gave me great passion in great dignity to want to go into field of caregiving. I personally love older people and young people but most definitely people that I can help that I know need me. I got a job at Ellisville State School vulnerable adult children and elderly who taught me so much and gave me great joy to move further. I learn so much throughout the years of how to be patient love concern the most definitely feel great of helping someone in need. I have so many skills in the field of caregiving and CNA that I have learned and took the time out to learn the right way I have worked with so many different individuals residence that keeps me moving forward.

I care and love to help others. I used to work at Ellisville State School helping others. I am 28 years old, graduated from North Forrest. I have been taking care of people for a very long time and this is something I enjoy, helping people that aren't able to help themselves.

I became a caregiver after to taking care of my sick father and mother. in todays time,its hard to find someone trusting and caring to care for your love ones. I enjoy giving joy to the elderly and making them feel loved and still of value to someone.

I'm very compassionate and I enjoy caring for people. I love seeing the gratitude that clients express when I care for them. I enjoy the bonds that I have with the clients. Most of them reminds me of my grandparents. My personal achievement was graduating from college.

It has always been seemingly imminent that I was to be a caregiver; Moreover, there was never any thought or option to be anything else. I passionately love caring for people. I believe that I have a moral obligation to do so; On account of, witnessing neglect, abuse and all manners of degradation to the vulnerable and helpless elderly. Moreover, this mistreatment was procured by the very people whom were entrusted with their care. I am (with no ego) most proud of the fact that, I am ethical. Ethics, in my opinion, is a most important standard to uphold at all times. By virtue of; it is their right, as well as their entitlement. Accordingly, I am guarded and take pains to ensure that all patients are treated with the love, care, respect and dignity that they all deserve. However, I have seen far too much degradation and humiliation, carried out by incompetant and certainly shameful healthcare workers. Therefore, I desperately want to be there for all patients and to make a positive difference in their lives. I am extremely committed, discreet, loyal and prudently assure they receive the proper care. Lastly, I always go over and beyond my call of duties. I am a caring and compassionate person who has cared for the ill and infirm for 36 years . I have cared for all ages from neonates to the elderly . I am detail oriented and a multi tasker . I am friendly and outgoing . I treat my clients as if they were my own family. I am CPR and ACLS certified . I am a Certified respiratory therapist .

Hospitality n care both key to any choice of home aid . I aquire it very well . I am CPR ,AED, FIRST AID, AND ARC CERTIFIED. I am available mon- Friday 8:30am to 1:30pm
