I love to care for people who are their lowest state of wellbeing, I love to be part of their healing and decided to acquire formal knowledge and training to enable me give my best. I am most proud of the fact that I streamlined the CNA care process of the facility by incorporating timesheets and logs into the reporting system, this increased overall efficiency by 50%. I also coached and trained seven teams of newly hired caregivers to deliver service excellence, patients and residents.
