Hi My first experience as a senior caregiver was for my mom patients who was needing care with little things such as her laundry, making her lunch, doing dinners, helping shower, medication and I never would think I would of been helping at a young age but as I started helping and doing it on my own it made me want to continue in helping elders of all medical records as well as caring to their needs it's enjoyable and fun to be there for them every step of the way and treating them with the respect they deserve I help all elders with morning, night care and all over.

First and foremost, I am a mom & a compassionate daughter to my knight in shining armor. For the most part, my background has been administrative, however, very early in my career I was a Certified Home Health Aide for 3 years. My responsibilities were mostly for adults with disabilities & included personal care, vitals, range of motion, meal prep, errands & companionship. Later in life, when my daughter was very young I worked at her day care with the 18-24 month group. There were lots of smiles watching them grow and testing their independence. My responsibilities were, diapering, meal prep, lesson planning, cuddles and making learning fun! In 2020 I left the 9-5 and went back to my love; caring for those who have slowed down in life. I have had the privilege to work with a 93 yr old woman with vascular dementia and a 93 yr old woman who requires a hoyer lift transfer in and out of bed. Currently, I am blessed to work with a remarkable centarian, whom I brag about any chance I get. And a smart and vibrant 26 yr old with SMA. Working privately on a daily basis, I can provide personal care, wound care, grooming, medication prompting and administration, meal prep, laundry and companionship. I have provided transportation to Dr's appointments, shopping excursions, trips for ice cream, as well as driven an Abilty-mobile van to and from parties and even summer camp. My clients become my mission. They are treated with respect and dignity

Have experience as a certified nursing assistant. I am currently a phlebotomist and a full time nursing student on Monday and Wednesdays. Have experience working with dementia and Alzheimer's clients.
