I have a passion working with the elderly population. My professional experience has been in the Medical field as well as working over 10 years providing excellent personal care to geriatric clients and building long term relationship with the client and their families. What I love about being a care giver is I truly love people. Making a difference in their lives and putting a smile on their face, brings much joy to me plus giving the family a sense of peace knowing that their loved one is being cared for in a loving and professional manner. I have missed working with the elderly and am ready to make a difference in the lives of people providing service with a smile. I am completely a trustworthy, mature and dedicated person and am looking forward to meeting new new challenges. My greatest achievement was when my family had opened Quinn Healthcare services on 1996 where I had provided personal care to clients and patients in a residential setting .

I became a caregiver 18 years ago when I lost my mom to cancer, I worked day and night caring for her making sure she had the needs to keep going. That's when I realized I wanted to make a career out of making people happy and ensuring that they get the quality care they deserve. I've been working in the medical field since 1996 I have a array of experience from nursing homes to surgical services. I enjoy what I do at the end of the day I know I have made a difference in someone life. I'am know a phlebotomist as well as pursuing my bachelors degree in healthcare.

I have over 35 years in the care-giving and home care field. I am semi retired. I am passionate about caring for the elder generation, as they are mentors to me and living history. I have extensive experience in multiple disciplines of care, from basic home health, to sub acute (rehab) and hospice and palliative care. I am patient, reliable, compassionate, and energetic. I have been a certified Home health aide for over 17 years. I have worked in different care settings throughout my career, which shows I am able to adapt to my surroundings and able to provide different levels of care. I have for the past 11 years worked specifically with Alzheimer's/Dementia patients in doing such I have developed an immense level of patience and a better understanding of the disease. I have also acquired the proper training and skills sets to accommodate those with the disease. I have helped and provided care to residents/clients in their process of transitioning (passing on) and aided families/friends in those difficult times. I am very compassionate person with great work ethics. I try and be the ears for my residents/clients when they have no one to talk to and the sound for the ones who can't express their selves. I love what I do. I like that I am able to make a difference and make life a little bit smoother in my clients elder years.

I'm a hard worker and love people. I'm also studying for my RN so therefore I can have a flexible schedule with work and school.

I'm a 54 year old caregiver who has been taking caring of the elderly for over 15 years as a private duty caregiver. My duties included ADL'S, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, assisting with physical activities ROM, lighthouse keeping, running errands, medical appts & etc. My ability to treat others I would like to be treated is a strong attribute of mine. Also my heart goes into my work, I love my work and giving care. I was privileged to take care of my Mother until her passing in 2012.

I love to volunteer and had been a Girl Scout Leader, helped the American Red Cross with fundraising activities, and was a PTA President and Vice President. I tend to have a very good amount of patience. I understand what most people are going through and have the ability to be very sympathetic towards each individual and their own unique problems.
