I left the workforce when my children were young and just diagnosed with ADHD. It was more important for me to be home with them to provide the structure and educational assistance that they needed. When they were teens, I went back to school and got a CNA certificate, but it has now expired. I have continued with my education and am now in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program. I currently work part-time with DD adults. I am seeking a more intimate work environment with either a senior, adult or child, wanting to utilize my training and experience.

I love what I do in helping each and every client that I am and also have in the past. Taking care of elderly or sick people that needs someone brings me happiness in my heart and it lets me know they need people to work with them that care. I am a very caring and compassionate person, and one of my most personal achievements I am proud of is finishing my second semester of college.

I love home care and being independent. I hope to find the fit I most deserve and also desire ; but so do you . I do specialize in the brain and the function so I've worked with a ton of dementia . Stroke , and brain injured clients . However ; I am well rounded and a self starter . I have many certificates to back up my experiment and education. I am also a certified Medical Assistant so I feel I stand out because I am legally able to preform more duties and I have done just about anything including emergency rooms . I do have to say home care has now become my passion and I'm dedicated and driven , I enjoy making a difference and not only saving lives but providing comfort Care in their last days . I have 20 years experience . I have a wide range of professional experience including hospitals and more . I do prefer dementia patients because I specialize in this field however open to your needs . I am very knowledgeable yet I also have a great sense of humor and respect that isn't found in this world anymore . I am dependable , I do not call off and I am willing to work any hours given at this time prefer 12 hour shifts or overnights however I am open . What makes me a great caregiver is that I'm very dependable I'm always on time, I take my time with everything I do im always happy look forward to work everyday, I'm always willing to make my clients feel comfortable as possible, also i like the fact that I can give elders a little bit of life to make them feel good about their self know matter what situation their in, because some are so use of being independent that when they need help they feel ashame and that's a big no no me as a caregiver have to brighten up their day and keep them healthy. I stated doing care giving with my first job At16yrs old in a nursing in Akron Ohio and have always had the passion for it you can learn a lot from your elders that is what I enjoy the most learning history of things, and I feel good that I'm able to have my own private service so that I can build a bigger company soon. I also love to cook I have my food handlers and really like preparing meals.
