I've always had a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. It makes me happy and feeling accomplished knowing that I am making a positive difference in their lives and being able to support them in order to live a life of many possibilities. Most of the individuals that I support families are not involved in their lives and I think it is extremely important that we, as staff build a trusting, caring, and loving relationships with our individuals. Allowing them to connect to us and have a sense of trust and worth is my main priority. We are all equal and deserve to be treated with respect, love, and kindness while helping them with their everyday goals at work, home, or the community.

Helping people is one of my biggest thing I love to do.

My name is Lee Kirk I am a 33 year old male. I am new to home health care but have been working at Genesis Healthcare in a long term care facility for almost a year now. I am about to test to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and soon I plan on changing my major at Eastern Gateway Community College we're I currently go to school to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. I actually have a 18th month old son that has a disability that my wife and I have to make sure he gets the right care for and make sure that we show him extra love and care, which is what brought me to join the medical field and pursue this career. To be able to care for and touch other people's lives and make sure they get the care they need is a passion. Now days it seems that people don't get the care that they need and deserve and I promise I will do my best to never let that happen to anyone in my care.

I am an empathetic, hard working wife and momma who cares deeply for others. I have over four years of senior care experience taking care of my grandmother. She did have Alzheimer's disease. She was my best friend. Watching her disease take over who she was motivated me to step up and be there for her around the clock. Whether it was meal prep, bathing, diapers, cleaning, making sure she took her medication, or just swinging on our porch chair together. I feel it is one of the most rewarding jobs you can have is a caregiver. Doing Gods work. And I look forward to establishing that connection with others in need of assistance :) I'd describe my personality as empathetic, patient, silly. I like caring for seniors because I feel it is a means of serving God and sharing his love. I feel I am easy to talk too and connect with, and seniors feel comfortable with that. I started caring for seniors when my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2017.

I love helping people. I want to make my time be as useful as possible and be there when someone needs me. I am outgoing, loving, and caring. I took care of my in laws when they were sick until they died. I took care of my husband after he had total hip replacement and knee surgery. I take care of my five children. They are my greatest achievements.

As someone who has elderly parents that need constant care, I have dedicated myself to provide compassionate care to those in need. I have over 5 years experience in this field and hire hardworking dedicated staff to work for my company. We provide loving, experienced and dedicated staff to care for your loved ones.
