A little bit about me, I got into the healthcare field because when I was 17 my dad was diagnosed with cancer and I lost him that same year and I had so much love and respect for the people who worked in hospice and health care that I knew when I got older I wanted to be just like them and help people. After 2013 I stopped working in healthcare facilities so I could take care of my grandmother who was diagnosed with dementia and up until about two months ago I was still taking care of her she took a turn for the worse we had to put her in a full skilled Care Facility which was very difficult for our family, and now I'm trying to get back into the working field.

I'm friendly, honest, love helping other. I enjoy the companionship and also knowing I can make someone's day better for being there. A personal achievement that I'm very proud of is being a mother to 2 autistic boys and a daughter with epilepsy they are my life. Also becoming a nursing assistant. I love my line of work and being a mother to my children.

I've been in the healthcare field since I was 18y/o. Before I started working I would go to my grandmother house after school and weekends to assist her with many things. Ever since then I knew I wanted to be in the healthcare field. April 2019 just 2 weeks after my birthday I started working for a job that would send me to a nursing home near the area I lived in. I had absolutely no training, on my first day I had about 15 patients to provide care to alone. I can say it wasn't easy but it made me stronger. Throughout these 3 years in the healthcare field I learned to be patient, responsible, caring, reliable and compassionate. I just moved to the city of Philadelphia and while I am here I'm saving to go to college to become a licensed practical nurse and looking forward to gaining more experience with wonderful clients in the city of Philadelphia. Hopefully I can provide care for you or your loved one.

I am a mother of 4 beautiful children. I come from a big family and being the oldest child, I was always the responsible one. I come from a long line of healthcare workers, having been introduced to the field as a child. I started working in the field myself at 18 years old and have continued to look for ways to grow. I am flexible and always willing to go the extra mile. I love new tasks and challenges! I am great with families, adults and children. I work well with all types of personalities and am great at adjusting to situations and needs.

I became a caregiver after my father passed away I took care of him for 12 years before he passed away. Then I met a stroke patient that needed help ASAP so I jumped on to take care of him and from there I loved my job. I enjoy my jostle most when I put a smile on my clients face that means I did a good job.

I have always loved working in areas where I could take care of others in some form. Whether it was in a busy clinic or doctor's office or in a client's home. I have always enjoyed having that close contact with the people I help. It is very satisfying work, I can say I have been very fortunate.

Being a caregiver for 27 years and loving what i do patience.My Gradmom raised me when she passed away this is me giving back something i dream of since a little girl.Sitting and talking with my client and listen with is the best part of my day.Getting my client to smile at the end of the day.

1.I became a caregiver because i love helping people who are in need, or who cant help themselves , i like to help promote their independence 2. what i like about being a caregiver is satisfying the person im taking care of 3. a personal achievement iam proud of is continuing my education in nursing to further my experience in the health care field 4. I've been a CNA for 5 years. I began working at the highlands of wyomissing for about 3.5 years doing CNA work and also a trained restorative aide. I absolutely love and enjoy caring for others. I lost my dad to cancer in 2013 and through all that I took care of him as well. I am a single mother to twins (boy and girl) they are 11 years old.
