Hi, I am Alicia! A few things about me... I am helpful, kind, and gentle. I genuinely enjoy caring for and fostering relationships with others. When I'm not with my husband or children, my favorite thing to do is volunteer with various organizations in Georgetown. What has drawn me to caregiving is having my days filled by doing something truly meaningful. <3

I am a great caregiver because I want my clients to know that I am there for them in any way I can help. I became a caregiver because it is a positive and rewarding job. I like being a caregiver because that means I am working as a health care professional doing what I love. I think it has been a wonderful experience getting to know my clients and working in a healthcare field. I like to read current events in the newspaper to a patient, do a crossword puzzle, or a puzzle. I also studied nutrition in college and have an Associate's Degree in Science.

I have been a caregiver for 8 years. I am experienced with all ages and all illnesses. Very active in my own life and have raised 4 sons . I have 11 grand children. I enjoy helping others with the needs and doing my best to make them feel better.

As a caregiver, I will provide assistance for my clients with their daily activities. I am committed to making them feel safe and comfortable. I am also patient, an excellent communicator, and will do the work expected of me.

I am a very friendly and emphatic person, I have also experience with adults who have disabilities. What attracted me to being a caregiver is my passion in hospitality. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is the joy that I bring to patients, I love to see people happy and I enjoy helping others. A personal achievement that I am proud of is i graduated from my medical assistant program before I graduated from high school.

I'm a retired elementary school reading teacher. I am patient and creative and looking to enhance my retirement. I would like to use my skills with people and with caretaking in a part-time job.

I'm very social and friendly and know how to cook and clean. I am a student at UT and currently learning ASL. I have experience working with people with mental health issues and autism. I am fully vaccinated

Helping others is a passion of mine. I enjoy working with others and helping them achieve their goals weather it be to help them accomplish their daily living activities, having a friendly person to share their day, or to help accomplish other tasks that they are needing to achieve such as making it to an appointment or running errands. I tend to be a positive person and enjoy helping others get the most out of life. The skills I obtained during 23 years of being a Project Manager have easily transferred to other roles because of the importance of documentation, reliability, schedule and the need for details and providing weekly reports. In the last 3 years I have been a private caregiver with most of my clients having dementia, Alzheimer's, strokes, cancer, or hip replacement post care. I transferred out of the corporate world to something I was passionate about because of the influence on my parents impressing upon me to give back, to use my talents and heart to help others during times when freedom and dignity and a lack of companionship aren't providing the quality of life they deserve.

Hello, my name is Jolette Longoria. I am a second year Geology student at the University of Texas at Austin. I grew up with family members who work in healthcare which led to my knowledge and experience in this field. Coming from a larger family, I aided in the care of elders and toddlers. I enjoy being able to help others in ways they cant do for themselves.

I grew up in Georgetown, Texas, I attended the University of Texas pursuing education. I have been a teacher for over 20 years in Texas and in Florida. I have three sons. My mom is currently struggling with Alzheimer's/dementia and I have been providing caregiving for her. God is my Lord and Savior and I live my life for Him.

I am in nursing school because I want to help people. I enjoy being around people and think that I would be a good caregiver because I am easygoing and am told that I am quick to learn. My name is Sarah and I am a current pre-med student attending UT Austin. I have been intensively shadowing an internal medicine physician and a pharmacist in the hospital. I have observed a wide variety of patients with medical conditions ranging from neurological to cardiovascular and infectious diseases. I have also been shadowing a private practice psychiatrist in which I have been exposed to patients with depression, anxiety, tardive dyskinesia, bipolar disorder, dementia, and more. I want to gain more personal experience providing care to individuals with neurological disorders/diseases as I am a psychology major seeking psychiatry in the near future! I am very personable and patient with new people as I have a lot of experience working with children as well as special needs children. I have also taken years of Spanish classes enough to speak conversationally.

I have five years of caregiving experience. I became a caregiver as my mother is also a caregiver. I want to eventually become a registered nurse. Greatest accomplishment is keeping my faith.
