I am very knowledgeable in the caring field. I am dependable & trustworthy. I don't have children so I put all of my heart and time into those who need me. I feel like God has blessed me with the skills and ability to have a caring heart. I strive to make your loved ones journey as safe & productive as possible. I love nurturing . One of my favorite experiences being a caregiver are the families that I meet and become close with. They become family to me too. I took care of my husband who passed after 19 years of cancer, my grandparents , who both suffered from Alzheimer's. Spent numerous years working in a rest home & for private clients in their home. Here I've learned many skills for many areas where disease affects family. If you choose me to be a part of your care team I'm confident I can complete any task asked of me. I am a paramedic from Texas that loves working with people and animals. I've been working in healthcare since 2017 and have even cared for ill, elderly members of my own family. I'm currently working on getting my Oregon licensure, and I really miss being able to help people and improve their day. I am fully vaccinated and have a car to provide transport if needed. I am originally from Columbus TX but I recently moved to Gonzales TX last year. I have been a stay at home mom to two beautiful boys since last March but I am excited and eager to start working again! I have always been described as a very bubbly person and I have never been someone who hesitates when it comes to helping others. I try my best to learn and adapt to my environment as quickly as possible. When I lived in Columbus I helped out my elderly grandpa as much as I could and learned a lot about caregiving through those experiences. Some of my favorite memories are watching old westerns with him and sitting and listening to all of his stories. Hi, my name is Sophia! I'm a junior in college and am majoring in Nursing. My passion for serving others definitely lead me to this profession, as the relationships I build with others motivate me to make sure they are provided with the most outstanding care. I used to be nurse aide at a nursing home and rehabilitation center and would watch over 20 clients at a time. As a nurse aide, I witnessed the elderly being afraid of being taken advantage of or being neglected. Thus, fostering relationships with my clients were they feel trust and heard is one of my top priorities.

I am 21, super fun, outgoing, and incredibly passionate about caregiving. I am in school to finish with my LvN I love being a caregiver because it shows me how it is to start from lower healthcare and gives me appreciation for everyone I work with. I have over 10 years caregiving experience with training in CPR and first aid. I worked as a registered nurse (RN) for 9 years and 1 year as a paid caregiver. I took time off to be a stay-at-home mother. With my youngest starting kindergarten this year, I'm ready to work outside the home again. I'm a non smoker who provides quality senior care. Services include but not limited to companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, run errands, assistance with bathing/grooming.

I am a compassionate, patient, and empathetic person. I put my residents emotions and problems before mine. They are more important in any situation than my own. I love being a care giver because it is rewarding knowing i get to help someone and built a relationship because even though they are different or older they have so much to share and give.
