Hello, my name is Michelle, I am a mother of 2 living in Lancaster and I'm very active in my community , my children's school and church. I've worked in the medical field my entire work history. I'm devoted to my family and work. Passionate about everything I do.Caring for others is my calling. Thats what makes me a great caregiver, it's not just a job for me. It's in my heart.

I have been taking care of people my entire life. My grandmother turned ill as I entered Jr. High school and I learned how to do for her what she could not do for herself. I love the feeling of helping people even if it's a small thing. I'm a caring loving understanding person. Helping my grandmother in her final months was the most important thing I did besides having my own children. It taught me responsibilities. It takes a loving person to take care of another human being. I have 4 children of my own. My oldest two are going to the Air Force after graduating from high school within the next few years and my youngest two are in Jr. High school. I have been in the medical field all my life. From working at a nursing home to working in surgery at the hospital. I believe this was my calling to be a caregiver.

I have been a caregiver for the last 9 years . I started out by taking care of my grandmother then my mother then I applied with a agent and started working for therm i enjoy assisting people especially the elderly. i like talking with them and hearing some of the life stories.

I want to help people in their everyday lives to get better and to see them succeed and have a good quality of life.What I mostly like being a caregiver is to see someone getting well and trusting me to help them get well and having a good day and just seeing them with a smile on their face makes my day. My personal achievement is that I am in school becoming a nurse and I have a beautiful son that i take care of and make a better life for him.I am a young motivated young lady that loves to help and take care of people and just to see them happy and to succeed. I am 22 years old and I am just blessed to be here and have a good life.

I have always had a passion for helping others. I truely believe in having compassion, dignity and respect when others are faced with troubled times. I'm a very happy spirited person. A God fearing woman, I believe god is in control of everything. I'm currently going to school for nursing. After working in housekeeping at Baylor hospital I worked mainly on the senior care floors for patients with heart problems, organ transplants ect I noticed more than one patient did not have a loved one to assist them which is why I took my job personally. Two of my greatest personality trait that people say I have is empathy and conscientious. What attracted me to being a caregiver was my sister being sick when I was a little girl. I love being able to help her anyway that I could. I got joy out of being involved with her care and being able to assist in her needs. My most personal achievement is being able to identify the problem and being able to solve it to the best of my ability. I will be a great asset to the family because I possessed a number of skills. I have had experience in assisted living facilities nursing homes and hospitals settings just as well as homes. I have been in the medical profession for over 20 years and I love caring for people.
