Greetings; My name is Ada Simmons. I am a 50 year old single mom of 3 adult sons (oldest son deceased). I am a Christian woman with a kind heart who enjoys helping others. I am currently employed at Elmcroft Assisted Living in Texas City, Tx where I've been diligently working the night shift for 7 years. There my duties are to assist the many residents with their ADL. Where as most of the residents are living with Alzheimer's, I find my job very rewarding and I know that I am helping those who may not be able to help themselves. being my self loving and caring person. sense i was a lil girl i use to tell my mom to bring me to the hospital to help the elder. caring for a elder is something special to me. love seeing the elder smile. i helped a 99 year old lady come out of a stroke i was proud of my self to see her do thing for her self.

I have worked with elderly clients for the last 15-20 years and I really enjoy it. I have lots of patience and easy to get along with.

Starting caregiver at a young age has definitely help me be a great caregiver . Making patients happy and seeing them improve is what i enjoy most about being a caregiver. My achievement are CPR, CNA &med aid certified

I go above and beyond I made life easy for family my life revolved around patient I was always there I started out working 3 days a week and after a month it went up to 7 days a week I bathed and cook and transfer patient even when patient went in hospital I even when there with her and I bathed her there and did her hygiene and set her meal up.i want aiway try to put a smile n there face.
