I am cpr certified I've been in the health field for about a year now I've volunteered in nursing homes and I've worked for the state. I love being a caregiver knowing I can help people and give back to anyone who needs a helping hand. I most of all like the relationship I can give my patients being able to make them happy.

Iam a 56 year old woman who has worked as a Care Giver for over 30 years by choice. I love the client interaction and I am fulfilled with being able to help others. I honestly care about all of my clients and try to give the best care possible.

What makes me a great caregiver is patience , understanding that I have caring for someone's parents, aunt , loved ones in a whole, that I would want someone who really knows what they're doing and LOVE what there doing. I started assisting in caregiving around age 20 when my aunt suffered from a stroke and also diabetes .that's what really exposed me to the perks and genuineness of caregiving.

I am a 37 year old mother of 4 teens, a widow of 4 years, loss my husband to heart failure that he suffered with for a year after a massive heart attack that resulted in a quadruple bypass in 2018. In between the years of 2009 and now I have been on both ends of the caregiving field, giving the care and learning how to receive it. I pride myself in showing empathy, expressing sympathy, and making the people I give care to feel safe and respected and treated with dignity at all time. I'm very detailed oriented and good with following the specifics in ones daily life activities and needs. I can follow instructions according to day plan and also take initiative when needed to make trusted decisions where my residents is concerned.

An Individual with great ability in communicating and developing with customers in general possess strong dynamic, diligent, patient, and detailed oriented personalities to complete the qualification. I have 5 + years experience with patients; I am a very outgoing person and have great communication skills with people. I learn and catch on to things very quickly. I get along with everyone and I am great working independently and as a team. Eager to learn new things every single day, very hard worker! My passion is helping others, I enjoy doing so very much.

I recently relocated to Brownwood from Lubbock. I worked in a supported living center for about 15 months. I absolutely loved my job there and was very saddened to have had to leave. I do have experience in home health, I was a caregiver for 4 years to a lovely lady that passed on. I enjoyed every moment I spent with her.
