Im Very outgoing and hard working I worked at a few nursing homes and caught on really fast on all my job duties.

I enjoy chatting with patients and keeping them company they always have some good stories to tell. Also I've always wanted to be a rn since I was a kid . I love helping people and I'm very reliable.

I have been a caregiver in some capacity for most of my life. My best memories are with my granny cooking, sewing and gardening. What makes me unique is I truly enjoy helping and taking care of others. It is my goal to provide care as if they were my family member.

I first became a caregiver 13 years ago when my dad got cancer. I moved in with him to take care of him and received crash courses in care giving from hospice nurses and doctors. I love my job because I get to help people who really need it. I learn something new with every person I work with and I really enjoy that.

I love being a caretaker because it involves helping others and treating one and other kind and respectful. Taking care of loved one's is a wonderful thing to do. Hello my name is Nikka , I started being a caregiver about 3 years ago . My mom had just become incompetent and couldn't do for herself anymore . I could just remember visiting her in a nursing home . At the time we didn't have money to care for her at our own home . And little to no transportation to see her . I wanted to be more involved in her life with the little time I had with her . So I became a care giver . And when she passed I just continued to do it , it was something I loved . It's a motivation for me . To see somebody else happy . Even if it is for a little time , I really enjoy what I do . And I'm proud of what I do . I'm proud to make others smile and make their day . I became a caregiver because I felt it would be something I would love. I took care of my mom for 6+months before she passed. I had to learn a lot during a very scary time. After she passed, I did fast food for most of my life. I have been a manager for 10+years for three of those companies. I then decided to change things up and work for a cleaning company. I worked at two different schools within 1 year and 3 months. I enjoyed working at the schools I worked at, but the company I worked for was not professional and also had communication problems. So I decided to become a caregiver and stop running away from my calling. And I have been happy ever since. I enjoy making a difference in the patients life as well as the family members life. I was once in their shoes and I understand that not only is their family members health, welfare, and comfort important to them, but also being able to live their lives for a few hours to either work or just get a break from the extra stress and demands of caring for a loved one.

Hi I'm Tara Green I've been doing CNA/caregiver for about 7 years. I've worked with all types of patients an I really enjoy what I do. I became a CNA because I've always had the passion to help others I knew that in this career field I could do just that. Taking care of people is part of who I am. I am a wife, mother of 5 and grammy of 6 beautiful grandkids. I have over 30 years in caregiver experience. I have worked in doctors offices, hospitals, ICU's, assisted living, hospice and home health environments. I truly enjoy making a difference in the lives of others. I currently work with a family that has two special needs children, and also take care of my parents that have stage 4 cancer. I managed an assisted living facility for several years and this is what prompts me to seek a caregiver role inside the home. Unfortunately, many of these places care more about the profits than they do caring for peoples loved ones. I want to make a difference. I want to provide the type of care that I would want for my own grandparents. It is a privilege to be entrusted with someones parent or grandparent.
