I'm a 23 year old single mom looking to further my career in nursing. My grandmother is a RN and so is my Aunt. I plan on going back to college to become a RN as well. I have over 7 years of experience, I started when I was 17 years old and fell inlove. I'm from Virginia and moving here has been tough still looking for work to prove my skills. I really enjoy what I do and will continue to do so. Being that I'm young it's always challenging because a lot of families think I don't know what I'm doing or maybe they feel as though an older person may do it better. Hopefully I can show a family what I'm really about & prove I'm the right person for them. Can't wait to meet you !

I love to help others, I'm very outgoing and patient. I have been doing nursing since '2004'; it has always been my passion since I was young. I used to help a family member that was very sick when I was 14years old, so I decided then that this is what I wanted to do, because I enjoyed helping so much. I became a caregiver because my grandmother had a stroke and I would visit her at the Rehab hospital to help my mom take care of her. Everyday I went, her room-mate needed help or would enjoy our company because she didn't have family who came to see her much. So I started volunteering in the Activities Dept. to help mingle with the other patients and give them some company and someone to talk to if needed. I love being a Caregiver because I love to help people in need and I am a caring person. My greatest achievement was when I graduated from the Nursing Assistant program and when I became state certified. I am 45 years old with 3 children and 4 grandchildren who I love so much. I became a caregiver because everyone need to feel that someone do care for them. I also became one because I know how hard it is to care for a sick love one and needing outside support. My personal achievement that I am proud of is making sure my own Grandfather was comfortable till his death due to cancer. One thing I can say about myself is that I will treat your love one as if their were my own love one. SHE WOULDNT NOTHING IN THE FRIDGE. SO I NOTICED ON THE FRIDGE HER OLDEST SONS NUMBER WAS THERE. SO I CALLED HIM AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE SAID SHE MAY JUST WANT A MEAT LOVER PIZZA. SO I ASKED MY CLIENT IF THATS WHAT SHE WANTED. SHE SAID YES WITH A SMILE. PIZZA WAS ORDERED AND MY CLIENT WAS HAPPY. SO I WAS VERY PROUD OF THAT. THE THINGS I CAN TELL YOU ABOUT MYSELF IS THAT I AM A VERY HARD WORKER. I WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR MY CLIENTS. IM VERY PASSIONATE AND RELIABLE.
