I am a naturally caring person, and helping people makes me happy. What attracted me to being a caregiver is that it is such a rewarding job, watching those in your care thrive and smile. My favorite part of being a caregiver is sharing those small victory moments with those I care for.

Hello! My name is Landa and have been working for my self and serving the elderly for over 20+ years. In saying that, the time I've had with my elderly has been a rewarding experience for me. I know that home is everything to them. My goal, to help them keep their independence and have the best quality of life that they can have for as long as possible. I have a nurturing and compassionate heart to do my very best to help my elderly feel that not all their independence has been taken away. I strive to help them feel that they are still a very important part of society. Isn't that what we all strive for? I love my elderly and make every effort to see them smile and enjoy the rest of the life they have. I'm also qualified to care for clients who've gone through surgery and will need help with everyday tasks until they regain their strength back. ~ Qualifications ~ * Dementia * Alzheimers * Parkinson's Disease * Bathing * Dressing * transfers * walking * able to do at least 3-24/hr shifts and possible 4-24/hr shifts depends on having at least 5 hrs a night of sleep. * Shopping * prepare meals * housekeeping * Joy rides (to see flowers or to park) etc. * traveling companion * Post-surgery care * traveling companion * Help with paying the bills and keep them updated. I am a hard work, I put my clients first I look at them as family more say what if this is my grandma, grandpa and I want them to be taken care of. what I love about my job is that I get to be there for the clients I get to be the one that puts a smile on their face and actually truly get to know them and let them have a good day. I see myself as an RN down the line and I continue on what I'm doing and that is loving caring and giving back.

I worked as CNA for over 20 year and medication aide for 10. Now I am in dialysis where planned to become a Registered nurse soon. I am compassionate and hardworking.
