AGS

Later today I will be speaking at the annual scientific meeting of the American Geriatrics Society (AGS), a well-respected educational forum for those in the field of geriatric care, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants, social workers, long-term care and managed care providers, as well as healthcare administrators.

CareLinx is one of a dozen innovative companies that AGS selected to attend and present in in the conference's Technology Innovations Pavilion, located here at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD. The invitation itself was quite a coup, as the AGS had requested presentations from those the organization deemed to be leading the field with respect to leveraging technology to improve the care, health, and well-being of those in their senior years. To be sure, I am grateful for such recognition of our work and delighted to be here.  The American Geriatrics Society's mission -- to improve the health, independence and quality of life of all older people -- is very much like our own. I look forward to sharing our story and our vision with those attending today's conference, and to learning more about the incredible work that others equally committed to improving senior care are doing.
