i'm a bit shy at first, but i love my elderly, i love getting to know them & their backstories, each and everyone is different, i became a caregiver because i had a passion for taking care of my grandma, i wanted to give back, it gave me such a great feeling, to learn more and possibly become a license CNA someday.

Hello, my name is Alicia Flores. I started off as caregiving when I was young 16 years old and I have always loved to take care of people. I started off as a DSP caregiver and earned my way up to other caregiving positions like working with behaviors. My personality traits help me be a great caregiver because I am patient, dependably, compassionate, trustworthy, supportive, and good communicator.
