My personality trait is that I am helpful, motivated. I like caring for others and meeting new people through out the process. What attracted me to be a caregiver is that I am patient, I believe seniors deserve to be taken care of at all times mostly when they don't have anyone helping them.

My name is Karla Eide, personally I 've always had a natural inclination to care for others. Growing up I witnessed my grandparents aging and requiring assistance with daily activities, with those experiences i developed a deep appreciation for the impact of compassionate caregiving It brings me joy to offer a helping hand and be a source of comfort for those who need it the most. I feel like caregivers have a unique opportunity to enhance the quality of life for their clients, providing a sense of purpose and fulfillment. My grandma died three years ago and I'm glad I was able to help her and be with her to the end of her life.

I have 13 years experience as a caregiver. I started in home healthcare in home then progressed to assisted living/ memory care. I love helping , being able to be a companion to make them feel loved and cared for. I would want someone patient, kind, loving with great spirits to take care of my loved ones so I give my all . Some family can't always be there and I fill that spot because I make it a priority to care for them as if we are family. I love what I do and I wouldn't have it any other way
