It all stared when I was 13 years old my grandmother had dementia. I hope take care of her during this summer, and came back every weekend to be with her.. I love a challenge. I love people. I've been doing home health care on and off for the last 10 years.

I have been a caregiver/health care professional, helping others for 10 years. I'm a medical assistant and I am CPR certified. I came across this career path by taking care of my sick mother. I Assisted patients with various activities of daily living, including using the toilet, bathing, dressing, preparing food, eating, drinking, and moving around. Followed patient care plan directives as recommended or instructed by nurse. Hello, First I'd like to share a few things about my experiences as a CNA/caregiver. I have always enjoyed helping others and being there for someone when no one else can. I have worked as a registered behavior technician for children with neurodiversities and worked as a caregiver for all aged individuals. What made me want to be a caregiver was the ability not only help others, but to be a companion as well. I also enjoy being able to have a flexible schedule for school and my family. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is hearing the stories my clients have to tell, building a relationship and putting a smile on their face.
