I am a committed certified nursing assistant with extensive experience in essential patient care, I am enthusiastic to influence my skills and expertise to provide to the well- being of everyone I come across. I love having the power to assist with healing and caring for people. I am currently a third year student at Kennesaw State studying to get my Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Psychology with eleven years of being a certified nursing assistant. I am a fast learner and have great knowledge and passion of helping people. I have encountered educational enhancement that supersedes what I learned in CNA training and has helped me gained substantial healthcare experience. Going to school has helped mastered acquired skills for different career settings as well.

What makes me a good caregiver is that I give from the heart I take care of everyone as if he or she is a family member I ask how you would like things to be done according to the person request or instructions.

The reason i became a Caregiver was due to my own venerability, i have a soft spot for children and elderly people. What i like about being a Caregiver is knowing i have helped someone in away they might not be able to help themselves, and also seeing people smile due to my work ethnics and morals. I have a lot of personal achievements but the one i am most proud of is helping the elderly in my community the best way i could. I have transported and help with minor chores around their house. Now to tell you a little about myself, I am 27 years young. I have no children, family and goal oriented. I have my certification in Medical Assistant, I am CPR, OSHA, & HIPPA certified. I have plans on continuing my career in nursing, my next step is obtaining a LPN licences. I have a wide range of skills set from administrative, professionalism, communication, computer software, customer service, and leadership. I feel I am a very humble young woman, i do not in gauge in unproductive, violent, or disrespectful activities.

I'm very compassionate and I've always shown concern for others. I became a caregiver to care for my ailing grandmother loved very much. what I like about being a caregiver I enjoyed talking spending time with my clients uplifting them and a lot of times becoming friends not just someone who works for them. My Personal Achievement with B the fact that I was able to move my grandmother into my home and care for her for 10 years until she passed away and the fact that she told me she was happy before she passed.

Hi I'm Marie I've been a CNA/HHA for over 12 years. I have worked with a variety of people with Alzheimer's, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, a quadriplegic, and a whole lot more. This job makes me feel important, that I can help people and continue to learn new things. But the best feeling in the world is knowning that, I have made a person feel cared for and happy.

I became a caregiver because at the age of 21 I became a mother to a child with a disability (Down's Syndrome) and he he a lot of medical problems and needed medical care once he came home so I went to school and got my CNA in the state of NJ. Over the past 15 years I have worked in long term care facilities, assistant living facilities as well as hospitals and client's homes. I perform duties such as washing, ironing, running errands, accompanying clients to and from appointments, along with other reasonable duties as assigned. I have the ability to lift 25 pounds. I am also able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach. I became a caregiver to help take care of my grandmother back in 1992.Just knowing I'm going to be old one day. I hope i get someone who love their job the way i love mines, it makes a difference. I had a client whom i took care of and fell in love with her i was able to take her out we went everywhere . Her family said they loved the way i took care of her, they took me on vacation with thewith family.
