The reason i became i caregiver is because i love helping others and their is no feeling like the one , When you can help someone else.What i like about being a caregiver is not only being able to help someone else ,but getting payed to do what you love.A personal achievement i am proud of is receiving my high school diploma in may. I am Tall , Athletic, Caring Student . Being tall for me is also a plus, i help my grandparents all the time reaching things they cannot reach.

Because i m a hardworking , caring , sensible , smiling and positive thinking person....I like to working with the old persons and in my house i am take care my grandmother and my grandmother always tell me i am good caring person and inspired me i am working this type of jobs.I did my Bachelor from Human Resourse of Management.This is my great achievement and i am proud of my degree and also i have a CPR certificate.My name is Aklem haque and i came from Bangladesh now i am citizen here. 1. I became a caregiver because I was not happy with the care that I saw given by a nursing home faciluty that my aunt was in. I felt the only way to make it better for the elderly was to take an active role in their care. 2. I like the companship of the elderly clients. I learn a lot from them and their life experiences. I also enjoy making them smile. 3. My greatest personal achievement is overcoming addiction. I am 11 years clean and sober. 4. I love caring for people, making them comfortable, and making them happy. I love taking care of my grandchildren.

while I was living with my grandmother it was just us to she got sick I had to step up and take care of her and I did good all the way up until she died of cancer. The thing I like I like about this career is that you get to help those that cant help them selves it shows character of yourself. My proudest moment is when I looked in my grandmother eyes and told her no mater what happens I will never leave your side. I am a very friendly out going person very easily to get along with.

I have a passion for working with people who can no longer care for themselves because I feel like one day that could be me.. Also you have to love what you do not just consider it a job. I worked with people with mental disabilities for 3 years and I loved it.

I become a care giver because I love to help people who are in need, I achieve a lot because of the complement you get from the resident family and the resident I feel like a make a lot different in the resident life and I conforms the family that they don't have to worry they mom or dad are in good hands.

I'm a caring person. I began as a STNA in 2006. I have worked in nursing homes and done home health. I also have restaurant experience. I went into health care field after taking care of my grandfather. I am professional loving caring person. I love doing home health because I love helping people out.

And I know that's not long but you have to start somewhere. I enjoy helping others and making a difference in each and everybody I come intact with life . Hello my name is keiah I love people and life in general and the ones that are a little older are so full of life they sometimes just need a little help to continue to enjoy it a little easier and that's where I come in I have worked with humans and animals of all ages and some with a few disabilities off and on for many years as a side passion. I have been in customer service since I was able to hold a pen and paper in my hand.. I was born with the gift of gab and love stories ..i am also a verified housekeeper so if you need a companion for your loved one and a little housework done as well I am more than happy to help. I can work anytime between 4am and 2pm. I do apologize I have a full time job I work overnights for..so I save my daylight for the earlybirds

I started to become a caregiver 5 years ago when my grandmother was diagnosed with a terminal illness and had become very ill and lost all abilities to do her daily activities of living. She was a diabetic, had high blood pressure and a failing heart. She was no longer able to walk or use the restroom on her own or do much of anything. She lost all hope and self-esteem. Her insurance wouldn't cover her stay in a long term care facility and I couldn't watch my grandmother go through so much pain and struggle her last years not being able to do anything for herself so I became her in-home caregiver. I assisted her in ambulating, toileting needs (includes changing briefs), checking her sugar level and blood pressure multiple times a day, administering her medications (including insulin shots if needed), dressing, and also bathing. I cooked and I cleaned for her and I could see in her eyes just how much she appreciated my help because she was no longer able to do the things she has done for many years. She recently passed this past year and that's when I knew I wanted to go to school to become a Certified nurse assistant so I can help the elderly feel like they are still worth it to be taking good care of and with a little help, they can do the things they want and have always done, and to know that they aren't hopeless or helpless. They deserve to be taking care of, cause we are all going to need some assistants when we become unable to do things we love to do.

I became a caregiver because of a unique opprotunity to take the nursing assistant course for free with the chance to be hired on by the company afterwards. I've always liked interacting with people and been good at sales but sales wasn't what I liked doing. The idea of selling something I don't want never appiesed me, however I found that my sales experience came in handy being a cna because then I could get the residents to agree to the care they needed. That felt rewarding for me because something positive came from it rather then another piece of product in someones home. I'm very proud of the fact that I was able to step into this field with no prior experience and do well. Well enough even to turn the facilities second state inspection around to a passing grade. I enjoy working as much as I do being at home with my family and am always willing to put in extra time when asked.

I enjoy taking care of the ones in need, I became a caregiver after I use to take care of my grandmother before she passed away. I am very proud of being able to work in a field that I very much have a passion for. I'm a mother to one, and I'm very caring and have lots of patients.

I'm a very caring and compassionate person.....I like being able to help people and being able to be there when they need someone to talk to.....Just being able to accomplish my goals.

I have recently completed a CNA course at Jeff State Community College where I also completed a GED class, which were both fulfilling achievements. Although I am a naturally caring and nurturing person, my interest in this area sparked when my grandmother was diagnosed with alzhiemer and dementia didease 3 years ago. I have since helped in caring for her and watched the effect this disease had on individuals and their families. I believe that understanding the aging process is the 1st step to being an excellent caregiver.

Hi! I'm Kiara, a fresh high school graduate! I am CPR certified and I just passed my Certified Nurse Assistant test and will have my license mailed soon! I took the CNA class my senior year of high school where we would help out at the Golden Living Center in Sanger. I loved helping the residents there and connecting with them. The experience was amazing! I really enjoyed caring for them as if they were my own family members, with compassion and patience. I joined the class because I knew I was interested in a career where I can help others, and overall I've loved it!

I always love caring for people, I started off taking classes in high school. I even got my CPR licenses and took First Aid & Safety class and I keep them update.

I became a caregiver because i love the interaction and the ability to bring and be the happiness in someones life. as many families don't come around often and to be able to be an assistance in someones everyday life. I like meeting new people of all ages and providing them the care that they can no longer do themselves. A personal achievement for me is nursing my mother back to health she took ill shortly after i graduated from high school and she still wanted me to leave for college. So i did but i came back every chance i had to take care of her, she couldn't do the things she used to such as cook,clean, wash herself etc. and now in this present time she is back healthy walking and talking doing everything a mother and a newly made grandmother should be doing. I am a 20 year old college student majoring in biology this is my 3rd year i am on my way to becoming a family doctor. I love the outdoors biking, walking, softball, swimming etc. I am an outgoing person with a unforgettable personality.

I am a newly experienced caregiver, being a CNA was almost something I wanted to do as a career. I enjoy listening and trying to help people to the best of my ability. My goal is to work as a CNA for awhile and then maybe even expand my knowledge into being a nurse. I am a caring, nice and loving person and I hope as a caregiver to make a change in someone's life.
