I am wangdi ,I love to take care of elderly,sickness and who couldn't work,,I like to help them like my own family...Then I love to help them to keep clean in the house..I love to cook for them,I enjoying talking and listening their stories ..I learning a lot about life ...I love to be friends with them....

I have experience working in assisting living environments. I also been working in in- home care settings. I worked +2 years in working with disabled adults. Skilled in assisting patients with daily activities. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver was when I would see my mom caring for her dad and she would have a hard time and she didn't know how to find help and I would try helping her even if it was helping to set up clothes for the day or helpings in making a meal. So now that I'm getting older I want to be prepared to one day be able to personally care for my parents. I'm looking to leverage my passion & commitment to clients well- being to improve their quality of life. I always care for a client the same way I would care for a family member I have compassion, empathy and understanding that they still want to be independent and assist when needed. Helping others and bringing joy to their lives is a accomplishment anyone can feel proud of.

I have been a caregiver for about 7 years and what pushed me to be a caregiver was when I worked as a server at a facility and I just loved being around everyone there and that's where it started !

These are some of the qualities that I value and am known for as a caregiver: Self motivation- I enjoy looking for new ways in which to assist in or improve a situation. Reliable- I am a stable part of my client's lives by showing them that I can be present and on time when they need me. Respecful- I demonstrate the importance of being kind and patient with my clients in order for them to keep their dignity and happiness. I was attracted to being a caregiver because I enjoy making people feel comfortable and cared for whether that be physically or emotionally. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver are the friendships the have formed. Being able to assist while engaging with clients is the highlight of my day. Even if they are limited in their communication, I enjoy the connection with them through something as simple as a smile. A personal achievement I am proud of is attending college while keeping excellent grades because I make it a goal to work hard at whatever I am doing.

My name is Nicole. I am just moving to Thorton. I graduated last year with my LPN and am thinking about taking the NCLEX at the beginning of October. I live being a CNA and a CMA as I love working with people. I am currently in school for my bachelor's in leadership. My end goal is that by the end of 2023 I will have my RN and be ready to get my BSN.

I have always been drawn to the senior population. It started when I was a young child and I would go to the nursing home and okay cards. Into adulthood I spent many years as a care giver, CNA and doing medical records, scheduling and business development for home health care agencies. Now I am fortunate enough to not have to work so I decided to try my hand at being a care giver again, simply because I enjoy doing it!

I have worked in the Human Services field for over 17 years. I have a solid background of working with TBI and psychiatric clients within a residential setting. I have letters of recommendation from several clinicians, doctors, psychiatrists and a program director within the state of Colorado. My wife and I are semi-retired, and I am not one to sit at home. I very much love meeting and helping people. So, I am here to help you in the best way I can. As we all are getting older, we focus on our new challenges in life and sometimes miss out on solutions that can make us feel happier than we expected. I am a positive person that will love meeting and helping you to not forget how important of a person you truly are. I thrive within the scope of your own personal goals and successes.
