I'm very loving, compassion love to help elderly people since I was young.I promise my grandma that I will take care of her and everyone else that gets older I'm my family.And till this day I help everyone I can with joy.

I'm very understanding and punctual , and treat people like people. I have respect and can understand boundaries , personal space but also reach goals that need to be reached. I started doing caregiving after my great grandmother passed. She was completely independent and ended on hospice so I learned it all starting with her and when she passed I missed that feeling of helping someone and the joy I brought to them. I'm proud of the women my grandmother raised and how she never needed for anything as long as I was around.

What helps me be a great caregiver is that I'm friendly. I am enthusiastic and passionate about my work. I am well organized. What's attracted me to be a caregiver was the fact I didn't get the chance to know/be around my grandparents growing up and I wanted to see what it felt like to at least get a feel of being in the older generation presence. I enjoy satisfying the elderly and making sure they needs at fulfilled.

Hello, I'm Heather. I became a caregiver because I believe it is my Destiny. My grandmother was 80yrs old when she went into a diabetic COMA, (we didn't know that she was diabetic) we (the family members) were all called in to say our goodbyes,because after 2wks her heart was failing . I got there last to say my goodbye, and as soon as I started speaking to her, "my grandmother awoked" and started speaking to me, she called me by my name right away. I still remember the profound impact it had on me,it activated something within me,i vowed i would always take care of my grandmother to the best of my ability .The Dr. Wanted my Grandmother to be placed in a nursing HOME but she refused, so the Dr. suggested we trained to take care of her at home. From then on I knew that I was called to do this work,helping others like my Grandmother. We all became nurses because we loved and respected her so much, my Grandmother passed 8yrs later,but we all made sure that it was the most loving, respectful, most dignified time before she passed. Needless to say when she passed, we were all surrounding her with all our love and gratitudes. She died with a BIG smile on her face, I always remember that smile and in my work I aim to inspire all my patients to smile .My Grandmother's illness became a blessing for my family and me,I would love the opportunity to assist and share my blessing with your family in the most caring, compsssionate and loving manner. I am a compassionate loving and caring caregiver who puts my clients care above all needs. I became a caregiver because love taking care of people and making them feel better however I've been that way since I was little girl. I lost my mother in 2008 of a sudden death so i neverhad the oppurtunity to take care of her, so everyone mother is like my mother who I will always go the extra mile for.
