I am a very caring person and always looking for ways to help others. I am currently in college studying psychology and would like to become a psychiatrist. I am very patient and can keep a calm composure. It makes me feel really good to be able to help not only my clients, but the family of my clients as well!

I am a very bubbly, friendly person. I have 4 kids myself a 7 and 4 year old and two 3 month olds. I want to be give back and help those who have done the same for us. I lost my grandpa to stage 4 cancer 3 years ago and to watch him barely have anyone there made me feel like he was dying alone in hospice. I don't want people to feel that way. Connecting with people making sure they don't feel alone if family doesn't see them every day or if any days at all. I am finishing my ged I am only 2 tests away from finishing it. I did it for my family. But I mainly did it for myself to be able to go back to school and learn more than I already know now

I am a very kind and patient person, I treat people the way I want to be treated, with kindness, and respect. I give people wonderful care, and am able to make them smile. I enjoy being with the elder, and talking with them . I really enjoy caring for people.

I've been a care giver my whole life. After my dad had to go to memory care I decided to go into the industry. It comes naturally for me. I have worked as a direct support professional, house manager and currently Program Director for a group home of the last 4.5 years One if the reasons I started in this field is because I have a cousin who has disabilities. She was born missing half of a chromosome. She is such a wonderful person and I am so honored to be able to watch her grow and learn. Hello my name is Jacklin Aud. I have been a caregiver for thirty years . Started working in Carmi Hospital/nursing home my junior year during my nursing class. I received my CNA licence at 16. Continued to work as a CNA throughout my junior, and senior year of school. I stopped to care for my grandmother. She was dying of cancer. I got married . My husband ,and I started a family. We moved to MN from Illinois. I decided to do home care unstead of working for a hospital, or nursing home. I've witnessed to much neglect in a nursing home ! I got my HHA licence . Then I started working as HHA in homes privately. I'm also a Pca for disabled children . I worked for Home Instead Senior Care for 4,5 years. I decided working privately for clients as a HHA is better than working for a company as a HHA. My job consist of taking clients shopping, doctors office, out for lunch,light cleaning, cooking, assist with bathing, and toileting. I work with hospice, and give medication. I love to care for people! I treat all elderly as if they were my own parents, or grandparents.

My mother died of cancer of the blood and what inspired me was the treatment she received from caregivers was excellent and this inspired me to be that caregiver to help the lives of people like my mom who need that care. I love people and l love what l do. I enjoy most to see that lam helping someone and is able to smile and feel cared for the things z person is unable to do.
