I am a very caring person and always looking for ways to help others. I am currently in college studying psychology and would like to become a psychiatrist. I am very patient and can keep a calm composure. It makes me feel really good to be able to help not only my clients, but the family of my clients as well!

I am happiest and most fulfilled while caring for others. I fell in love with nursing in 1978 when I started my first job as a Nursing Assistant. I found that I was not only doing a job, I was caring for a person with an extensive life history that I could learn from. People who had family who loved them but were no longer able to care for them. I went on to get my LPN in 1986 and finally RN in 2012. I have provided care in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Centers, private care in homes, Home Care through agencies and have cared for my patients and their families with integrity and compassion. Aging parents have caused me to reevaluate the need for flexibility and the availability to now also provide care for them. This means the typical nursing block schedule is no longer a good fit for my families needs. I will continue to provide compassionate care for others but it will look different than it has in the past.

I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is taking care of the clients and helping with things they need help with.

I have worked in healthcare for over 22 years! I love to help people and enhance the lives of others, each and every day! From providing meaningful activities to ADLs, I will make sure my client is successful!

I am a very bubbly, friendly person. I have 4 kids myself a 7 and 4 year old and two 3 month olds. I want to be give back and help those who have done the same for us. I lost my grandpa to stage 4 cancer 3 years ago and to watch him barely have anyone there made me feel like he was dying alone in hospice. I don't want people to feel that way. Connecting with people making sure they don't feel alone if family doesn't see them every day or if any days at all. I am finishing my ged I am only 2 tests away from finishing it. I did it for my family. But I mainly did it for myself to be able to go back to school and learn more than I already know now

I am a very compassionate care giver and really enjoy working with elders. I have always did a care giver role most of my life I also took care of my grandmother long before the end of life. So I enjoy working to make a difference in the people I serve life
