Hello, My name is Lupe, I am proud mother of eight beautiful children and five high school graduates. I am a very compassionate, patient and understanding individual. I decided to start working as a Caregiver because of my nana. I took care of my nana for multiple years and enjoyed every minute while she was with us. What I enjoy most of being a Caregiver and working in the Medical Field is the chance I get to making a positive impact in the lives of others. My natural inclination to care for others was shaped by helping my family members with disabilities since I was a teenager. It's why I chose this profession - because I have a heart for it. What personality traits or expertise help you be a great caregiver? I am patient, compassionate, and dependable. I understand that every individual has unique needs, so I stay attentive and adaptable. I communicate clearly, follow care plans carefully, and remain calm in challenging situations. My natural empathy and strong sense of responsibility help me build trust with both individuals and their families. 2. What attracted you to being a caregiver? I was drawn to caregiving because I genuinely enjoy helping others and making a positive difference in someone's daily life. I find purpose in supporting individuals to live as independently and comfortably as possible. Knowing that my presence can bring reassurance and stability is very meaningful to me. 3. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver? I enjoy building relationships and seeing progress, no matter how small. Whether it's helping someone learn a new skill, participate in the community, or simply feel heard and valued, those moments are rewarding. I also appreciate the opportunity to bring positivity and encouragement into someone's day. 4. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? One personal achievement I am proud of is consistently showing up for the people who depend on me. Being reliable and trusted by families is something I take seriously. I am also proud of my ability to remain committed, grow in my skills, and continue learning to provide the best support possible.

I am very outgoing I love to help. I am there to give comfort to your family member. I started off doing hospice care and I just knew I had passion to help the elderly. I enjoy knowing that I am helping somebody and assisting them with the things they like to do in their own home.
