I am responsible, caring, outgoing and a very attentive person. What attracted me the most to be a caregiver is that I can build relationships with patients and keep them company throughout the day whenever they need it. Something I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is to help my patients out. Knowing I can help them with their adls or anything else makes me happy.

I'm an experienced and passionate CNA over 10 years. I love my job however I'm allergic to cats and dogs.

I would like to introduce myself as a candidate for the Caregiver position at Josephine Gardner' Home. As a highly empathetic and caring individual with extensive experience in the caregiving field, I am confident that I can succeed as a Caregiver for Jojo, I also provided home health care for a rotation of 10 patients per week At Aloha care ( Hawaii ) five days a week. My responsibilities included light housework, giving baths, preparing small snacks, reading to patients, helping them around the house, helping patients use the restroom, providing companionship, keeping track of appointments, and feeding patients. I am very passionate about the well-being of my patients. I believe that the elderly are a valuable and important generation, full of wisdom and knowledge and that they need to be cared for and protected. During my young years, I served as a primary caregiver for my grandmother. As a frail woman in her late 80s , she needed a lot of assistance with most day-to-day functions. Since I was there more than my parents, who both worked full-time, I took it upon myself to be her caregiver. The more time I spent with her, the more I realized that although her body may not function, her mind was an ocean of stories and wisdom, waiting to be explored. I will always cherish the time I had with her and the things she taught me. I would like to thank you for your time and consideration. Not only does it make me feel good & important to be making a difference in someone's life, it also brings me so much joy when I'm walking out of a client's house being thanked & praised, seeing that smile is a must or my day isn't complete . Caring for others just gives me a fulfillment that I'll never grow tire of.

What makes me a good caregiver is because I take care of my patient as they were my own parents or my own grandparents. I became a caregiver when my grandparents was not able to function on their own so I decided to quit my job nd took care of them in my home. I'm looking forward to be meeting and working with new clients and families.

I have been a caregiver for 16 yrs i love taking care of people growing up i was the oldest so i had to take care of my mother who had many health issues and when i was 17 i got into the companies and did live in this is where my heart has always been i want to be a register nurse one day. I have great references took care of some clients pravite as well. I have a lot of experience in this feild.
