Hi! I'm Blaykelyn, I've been a C.N.A since February, I got it through my High School. I love every minute of it. I love helping people. I'm going to college for nursing in the fall, but it's a community college so I'll only have classes 2 days a week, so i'll still have the time to do my job.

Approximately 15 years ago, I became my mother's Caregiver after she came home from Rehab for a major stroke. After working in a Family Medical office for a couple years, I began my Caregiver career. In the past 10+ years, I have worked as a Home Health Aide and CNA, providing many services to families and their loved ones, including (but not limited to) Alzheimers, Dementia, Quadriplegic, and Hospice Care. Services provided include companionship, transportation, meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping, pericare, input/output, taking and recording vitals, catheter care, colostomy care, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, showers, dressing, transfers, wound care maintenance, and oxygen maintenance. My special focus has been with Alzheimer's and Dementia care. I am a CNA and certified in CPR and First Aid, and continue to work on completing additional medical courses and pursue avenues to help strengthen me as a Professional Caregiver. I also maintain current Individual Professional Liability Insurance. Your loved ones peace of mind, comfort and health is my priority.

I enjoy helping people I have empathy my first experience was with my father who passed away with cancer from the time he was diagnosed he only lived seven months but I learned alot and very quickly with no experience @ the age of twenty years old I also had my brothers I had cooking cleaning bathing him in bed . Before my father my mother fell and broke her lower leg both bones she had a cast on all the way up her whole leg I was only 13 I had to learn how to change sheets on a bed while she was still in it I had to learned how to help get her up and ger get in a wheel chair I had to bathe her in bed & I also had to learn how to help her use a bed pan I did all the cooking and cleaning taking care of my brothers& also go to school also my middle child was born with autism so I feel like I can understand and know how to handle any situation with ant person I helped my son be independent enough he lives and thrives on his own to this very day that was my greatest achievement . I enjoy people but I most enjoyment is being able to help make each day in a persons life much easier

I'm a people's person with a positive attitude, and I'm patient. Being a care give is more than just a job yes we're getting paid, but you've got to love what's you are doing as well as caring about peoples feelings and making them feel better, what I enjoy about being a caregiver is that I get to help people which makes me feel better also knowing more about the person I'm working for and having the opportunity to bond and true with them. When a client tells me that I'm doing great, they like me or we never wants you to leave that feels like an achievement to me.

I love working with elderly people, they make my days go by fast and I have fun with it. I love helping my clients with things they can't do. I also go out of my way, to make sure their experience is as great as mine was with them.

Hello my name is Angie. I love being a caregiver because I like to make others lives a little bit easier. It brightens my day to see others smile. People want to stay in their homes and not have to go into nursing homes. If I can be a part of helping them to stay in their home then I feel I have been successful. I took care of my mother in law for a little over 10 years. I have also taken care of others in In their home.

I worked in healthcare as a CNA for 12 years. I worked mainly with the elderly during that time. I have experience working with people who have dementia and Alzheimer's. I am very patient, kind and understanding which is needed when working with the elderly.

I'm always wanting to help others. And my first caregiver job was when i was 17, I sat with a neighbor for my last year of high school. I've always enjoyed it. It's like I'm keeping them company. My personal achievement I'm most proud of is being a mother!
