I feel like caregiving was something I was born to do. I enjoy getting to know new people and help them with the tasks they need help with. I have four years of private caregiving experience, where I took care of an elderly lady with dementia. I cooked, cleaned, organized, ran errands, drove her to appointments and kept her entertained with different activities and exercises. I was also responsible for giving her medication, ordering refills if needed, checked temperature and blood pressure daily. Also, monitored bowel movements and pushed lots of fluids.
