So therefore for me taking care of our elderly has been the most rewarding experience because I have learn so much and truly love what I do. I give my best by understanding their needs and disabilities that they might have. Taking care of a human is a big responsibility that I do with a lot of love, compassion , dedication and understanding.

What attracted me to being a caregiver would be my parents with my mother having multiple hernia replacements, and my father being a dialysis patient, on top of ongoing health conditions far as diabetes etc. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is that I'm able to help someone who isn't capable of preforming their daily task on their own, knowing that I am capable with my skills and ability to provide to someone who is in need makes me nothing but honored. What makes me a good caregiver is i like to sit down and listen to the individual and the family to find out their concerns and fears and how they want things to be. I respect all rights and will not over step my boundary. I'm a good listener and companion. I became a care giver after taking care of my grandma while she battled with cancer. It was a hard and emotional time but after she passed. I learned that we became closer and during that hard time we also had many good times. So in the end results i became a care giver to become a companion and to help others when help is needed.

Hi Everyone!! I'm very experienced with a variety of different ailment inc Dementia, Alzheimer's, partial and compete paralysis, cirrhosis, diabetes, stage 4 kidney failure and stroke/ heart attack victims. I was with the State 2 years before my last agency of 6 years. I am excited to work with families and help them deal with the difficult tasks of caring for their loved ones. I understand how hard it is to trust someone you love to a stranger, but trust can be built over time and steady involvement. I have excellent references to provide and my background check on file.

I changed the elderlys' diapers, their bedding, helped them get dressed, helped them with hygiene, and cleaning the facility, and making daily pt. chart notes.
