I'm a very caring person I care for my patients and I understand what the family is going through and I try to be that piece of mind that their Love One will be taken care of while the family is absent. I Love to Help others I enjoy bringing comfort and company to those in need of it. I was asked to train one of the employees that works for We care health care.

I became a caregiver at a young age my grandparents were living alone so at 16 I started cooking cleaning and helping them with care. It just came natural. As more family members and friends needed me it became a career. I've done in-home care many years also took CNA courses. I love people. My heart is big and it shows in my work . I will be a blessing to any family that needs help with their love ones .

Hi my name is Maritza Pedro I believe what makes me a great caregiver is that not only do I have 6 years of experience. I started really young at this when I was 20 years old. So therefore for me taking care of our elderly has been the most rewarding experience because I have learn so much and truly love what I do. I give my best by understanding their needs and disabilities that they might have. Taking care of a human is a big responsibility that I do with a lot of love, compassion , dedication and understanding.

What makes me a good caregiver is i like to sit down and listen to the individual and the family to find out their concerns and fears and how they want things to be. I respect all rights and will not over step my boundary. I'm a good listener and companion. I became a care giver after taking care of my grandma while she battled with cancer. It was a hard and emotional time but after she passed. I learned that we became closer and during that hard time we also had many good times. So in the end results i became a care giver to become a companion and to help others when help is needed.

I love taking care of people. I'm very compassionate and loving also hardworking. I'm a CPR certified and going to school for nursing. I truly do care about my patients and! I listen to them and love to get to know them. I have taken care of some of the most amazing people. My recent client died. He had lung cancer- final stages , tumor and dementia. I truly did have a great chance to get to know someone amazing. I also go beyond the care ones needs. I have taken care of special needs ones from childcare and adult! I also developed caregiver service. I look forward to helping more with love and care.
