I am a mother of 3 children (& multiple God children) and a grandma of 6 (as well as multiple God Grandkids!) I always have a house full of kids! I worked in the healthcare field for years. I love working with children as well as elderly and disabled people. I have worked in Nursing homes, group homes, hospitals, and State facilities taking care of children, elderly people as well Developmentally Disabled and Mentally I'll individuals. I am a people person and love to work with people! I am very dependable and I am a very fast learner. I listen to the needs and concerns of the individual(s) that I am taking care of (working for) and I try to take care of everything asked of me. I address concerns immediately and try to resolve them (or ease them) to the best of my ability! I love to have fun. I am a home body, I don't party. I am excellent with children and children seem to really like me. I can cook, clean, give medicine if needed, swim, go to the park, take children to extra curricular activities, give baths, and put to bed with a bedtime story if that's what needed. I've done it all!!

I'm a very caring person and like to go above and beyond for a client when possible. I care about the elderly, as I took care if my mom for 10 yrs in her home and have worked in the nursing home environment for 13 years and learned so much even though I wasn't a CNA. I enjoy making their life in their home as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I'm am proud I stepped up to become a field supervisor to ensure the care they deserve.

I became a CNA in July of 2014 after losing my daughter Karleigh to a genetic disease SMA. It's alot like ALS except it's the infant form. I wanted to help people in the same way that the nurses and staff helped my baby girl. I fell in love with the job. I started the pre nursing school in 2016 and am currently going for my RN at Lewis and Clark. Now that I take care of people for a living I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I'm a very caring patient person. I love to talk about anything that is interesting which is everything. I love to make peoples lives easier and fun. I have a lot of experience with caring for people. I enjoy bringing a smile and good conversation to any situation that comes my way. I volunteer as a Boy Scout leader for my local Boy Scout Troop. I have been certified twice , I took class for the handicapped and also went to school for the elderly. I talk to them first so their comfortable with me and I just as ask," what would you like for me to do for you today". You would be surprised at what little things they want to make them happy. I always treat them the way I would want to be treated when I reach their age. Knowing that their happy when I leave is the best achievement I could ever ask for. I'm a great caregiver because I'm compassionate about what I do. I became a caregiver because I love to help those in need. As well as one day I'll be up in age and hope to get great care.
