I am a mother of 3 children (& multiple God children) and a grandma of 6 (as well as multiple God Grandkids!) I always have a house full of kids! I worked in the healthcare field for years. I love working with children as well as elderly and disabled people. I have worked in Nursing homes, group homes, hospitals, and State facilities taking care of children, elderly people as well Developmentally Disabled and Mentally I'll individuals. I am a people person and love to work with people! I am very dependable and I am a very fast learner. I listen to the needs and concerns of the individual(s) that I am taking care of (working for) and I try to take care of everything asked of me. I address concerns immediately and try to resolve them (or ease them) to the best of my ability! I love to have fun. I am a home body, I don't party. I am excellent with children and children seem to really like me. I can cook, clean, give medicine if needed, swim, go to the park, take children to extra curricular activities, give baths, and put to bed with a bedtime story if that's what needed. I've done it all!!

I became a CNA in July of 2014 after losing my daughter Karleigh to a genetic disease SMA. It's alot like ALS except it's the infant form. I wanted to help people in the same way that the nurses and staff helped my baby girl. I fell in love with the job. I started the pre nursing school in 2016 and am currently going for my RN at Lewis and Clark. Now that I take care of people for a living I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I feel like there is a purpose for everyone in this world, and in my life, one of my purposes is to care for people in need no matter what it may be. I love being told I am a great worker or being told I make a difference in someone's life. One personal achievement I am proud of is graduating CNA class, and going on to further my career in the medical field. I am a hard worker. When there is something that needs to be done, I will gladly do it. I am a great listener and I have a big heart so I love hearing stories about others lives.

I have been a caregiver for over 20 years and enjoy doing it. I like hearing the stories they have to tell. I have excellent references.

I would be a great caregiver because I like to make people laugh when they cry, happy when their sad, & uplift their spirits when needed. I love helping people whether it's cooking which I love to do. Shopping who doesn't like food lol. I think it's a great thing to help others because someday when I get older I'll need the same and I don't want anybody to mistreat me if it were me. What I enjoy most is being able to build a relationship with a client. My personal achievement would have to be dealing with older people because even though they can be challenging to deal with there are still loving people out here.
