My name is Destini, I have been a home health aide/attendant for 5 years. I'm certified by new york department of health. I've been working with patients since I was 15. I went to a medical high school ; Clara Barton and through there I started to volunteer and work at nursing homes and private cases because I love helping people. I believe my best qualities as a home health aide are, I treat my patients and their families the same way that I would want another caregiver to treat my family if they needed assistance. I am compassionate and I empathize with the people I assist. I have kind heart and I'm efficient in the tasks I have to do with my patient. I have a lot of energy and pay close attention to my patient. I do grocery shopping can cook meals and make a meal plan specifically for their nutritional needs based on their health.
