Hello my name is Desiree, I go by Nikki. I am 34 years old and the mother of two wonderful children. I am a Cub Scouts Den Leader and my mother is the Cubmaster for B.S.A. Pack 403. I am 3 courses shy of my Bachelor's of science in business. I have successfully completed the undergraduate general management certification. I have over 13 years off management experience in the fast food world. I left fast food and earned my 3 years of healthcare experience as a residential care partner and then a dietary nutritional cook. I also have 4 years of experience in retail establishment. I am very outgoing and a social butterfly. I enjoy helping others. I have experience caring for patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, and I understand the care necessary to help my clients live life as successful as possible. I would love to help you and your loved ones with any needs necessary and possible.

My name is Charmarie Allen, I am happy to be able to offer the service of helping people that need it. I feel that everyone should be able to receive the care they need, what started this for me was when my father was ill and needed a caregiver my mother and I were all he had. I am proud to say that I am in the position to be able to offer my services to families. I love being able to help others. I am not Covid vaccinated but am willing to take a covid test at anytime for my patients or their families to give them peace of mind.

I strive to treat others as I would like to be treated or want my loved ones to be treated. Growing up with someone really special to me disabled fostered compassion, respect, & protection for others who may need a voice or a hand. I enjoy spending time with residents, talking with & learning from them. Knowing people's preferences and including them in their lives brings them such happiness and satisfaction, it makes me happy to know I made a difference in their lives. I was awarded employee of the month after 2 months of working in a long term facility for teamwork, respect for the residents, family & staff enough to hear & see them & paid attention to the little details that were important to them.

Caregiving is the ultimate act of love. Caregiving changed perspective on life! My mother took care of my grate grandmother when I was little. She would let me help and it ment the world to me making them smile! My giving nature and my nurturing desire to help those in need is how I knew caregiving was for me. My greatest achievements are the moments I get. I have learned while my patient say they couldn't get through this without me, I am the one who gets the biggest gift of all! All my patients have enriched my life in many ways!

Caregiving is my calling and I absolutely love caring and taking care of other. I've always been the caretaker type with even people and friends. Putting smiles on their faces and the conversation Being an amazing caregiver. I've never had a patient/ resident not love me, because I'm caring and nurturing.

I am a fun , hard working and reliable person. I enjoy working with Seniors. I feel like its more rewarding to take care of the elderly because , they have contributed so much to other people.
