I am Virginia Board Certified Nursing Assistant with over five years of home health and assisted living care. After raising four children I returned to school and became certified as a Home Health Aid, Nursing Assistant as well as Phlebotomy Tech. Hi my name is Sharon payne, and I am a very patient, kind and compassionate person. I am furnished with 15 plus years of experience in healthcare, and worked with many different kinds of conditions, including dimentia. I love working with the elderly,and I learned a lot from them as we get to know each other. I love playing board games with them and have them teach me the ones that are new to me,making this one of the reasons I love doing what I do. It makes me content to give good service and to have my clients well satisfied and happy. One thing that pleases me is to have clients healed and go back to there normal activities of daily living as soon as possible, and are able to stay in their homes for as long as possible.

I became good with her care that a stranger pulled me to the side and offered me a job to care for her husband at home. I am Certified Personal Care Giver and have Certificate in Nursing Assistant.
