I have always been a people person and enjoyed helping others. It wasn't tell after my mother became ill and I was caring for her. I realized after her passing this is what I wanted to continue to help others . I'm very dependable and willing to help in all areas and give personal attention with respect and compassion .

I became a caregiver because I like working with the elderly. I learn a lot just by listen to them talking about their lives. My achievement would be owning my own home. I started out taking a class on medical billing. I later went to Concord to get a medical assistant degree. I then took a class on phlebotomy. After all that I decided I wanted to be a nurse.

I come from a family that cared for each other at home whenever necessary. Our family stayed at home and was cared for by other family members. I'm a mother of 5 and grandmother to 13. I've worked as a caregiver for the last 15+ years and counting. I love my clients and working with the elderly. It has been a great journey of growth and connection for me like no other and I find it so fulfilling to be able to help our elderly population in need. They have been all like family.
