I have lot of patience and I am outgoing. When I notice something is bothering the patient I right away try to figure out what is bothering them. What attracts me to be a caregiver is that I want to help out those that need help now, since they help raise their own children or they did all they could to help others out and now it our turn to help them out. What I enjoy the most is that I get to learn new things from them. Also, I enjoy when am appreciated by the family and when they let me know that there loves ones look good and that are being good taken care of. I am 24 years old I have been a CNA since 2020, during COVID I decided to get my CNA because I wanted to start my career in Nursing and help families who struggle with caring for their loved ones. Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, Diabetes, blood pressure problems, and alot more. Working for people in their homes, I have cooked, cleaned, bathed, groomed, dressed, take shopping, take to doctors appointment, medication reminders/Admin, keeping tract of ADL's, transfers, use to lifting heavier clients as well, companionship and much more. I'm very responsible, reliable, and my schedule is very flexible so I don't mind working part time or on call or overnight as well or even if it's just one day a week.
