A couple of years ago I was helping my elderly aunt with medication reminders, appointments, shopping, housework...basically whatever she needed. After that I knew that is what I wanted to do. I recently worked in an assisted living facility. Interacting and helping residents was the best part of my day. However, as a server, I didn't get that opportunity as often as I would have liked.
