I worked as a caregiver for Home Instead Senior Care and private caregiving for two years. I have extensive training on all senior care aspects, to include medication management and care procedures. I have cared for clients with different forms of dementia, Parkinson's, physical disabilities, and medical issues. I am familiar with personal care, end of life care, and companionship. My story.. When I was 14 years old my grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. She declined very fast and my grandfather (already being 76 years old) couldn't care for her on his own. So my twin brother and I moved in full time with my grandparents and helped care for her at a very young age. Soon after she passed my grandfather was diagnosed with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and my family was ready to find a LTC facility (Long Term Care facility) where they could care for him. My brother and I absolutely refused the idea of him being moved out of his home he worked so hard for, so we then continued to take care of him until last year. My whole life has been dedicated to caring for other individuals. Not only do I hold myself to the highest standards of care, but I love doing what I do and show compassion at an all time high, because I put myself in other individuals shoes. This job/career will be my career for a lifetime and I am an extremely family orientated person.

I am a people person by nature. I love getting to know people and the opportunity to be privileged enough to help care for those in need is something I thoroughly enjoy! I am attending nursing school and have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

I tend to get along with people and I always Jew and open mind. I would like to be help to help people while earning. Making a positive difference no matter how minute it is. My kids and military service.

I have always been very giving and nurturing by nature. Helping people has been my calling since a very young age. I find a great deal of satisfaction in making someone's life happier. Providing care to those in need is my passion.

I've been a caregiver since I was 18 years old. I took care of people with special needs. I started nursing school when I was 20 years old. I graduated when I was 24 years old. I was a nurse for 15 years and then my grandmother got sick and I became her caregiver. I believe a caregiver is there to do anything for the person that they care for. Anything to put a smile on their face. I've taken care of babies with trachs. I've taken care of seniors with dementia. And I've also learned that you take care of the person and the family.

I'm 21years of age. I've done caregiving before and I loved it but I felt as if the company I worked for wasn't the right fit for me. I took an LNA course two years ago but never found a state exam to take but looking to retake a LNA course to get certified. I know most on what to do to give clients the care they need. I'm reliable and willing to travel.

I became a caregiver because I love making people smile and laugh! As a caregiver, I am able to spend one on one time with each client, and structure my time to meet their needs. I have worked as an LNA for over 16 years!! I also, took a phlebeotomy course, worked with clients with trachs, blind and deaf clients, dementia/alth clients, activity asst and a rehab tech also in the past!! My two children are my life!!! when I am not at work we are outdoors enjoying the weather!
