Iam a CNA since 2003 and l have been practicing up to date. I have in different health care settings including, hospitals, nursing homes , group homes, shelters, institutions, jails and home health care. During that time while working in those different settings, l have gained tremendous experiences working with different kinds of people of different nationality, cultural beliefs, ages, people of different backgrounds and ,language barriers. It is my passion to take care of others it has always been my dream job since I was little I wanted to become a nurse, I enjoy working with the clients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds and have a demonstrated ability to develop great relationship with them and their families. I spend quite a bit of time vegetable and fruit gardening and enjoy a variety of crafts. I am also a volunteer at the local senior center. I am married, with 5 grown children and 6 grandchildren, and am fortunate enough to still have both my parents! My specialties are Cancer Care, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute, Memory Care, and Hospice Care. I have an innate ability to anticipate the needs of my client, both emotionally and physically.
