It is in my nature to be a caregiver. I worked in a nursing home at age 16 . Over the course of my life I have taken care of several elderly or ill family members or patients in nursing homes . I have experience with home hospice care as I took care of my mother and father in law who both had cancer and were home during hospice. I managed ordering medical equipment , medications and facilitated making schedules and medicine regiments. To present day, I have worked for the school district (38 years) I have worked with severely disabled , Autism , Down's Syndrom, Ms , and more. Familiar with Dementia and elderly . I am a 58 year old mother of Twins who turned 24 this April. Both children live out on their own and have made me a grandmother . My son works for Kaiser call center and my daughter works at Walmart . My husband and I were both born and raised here in San Diego and reside in Lakeside nearest to Santee. My husband works as a truck driver delivering dry wall. I work in Special Education at a middle school. I love people , children and animals. I also run a small cleaning business for private homes . I have many people who can provide references to my character and skills. I pride myself in being responsible , trust worthy , punctual and caring . I love helping others.

I am a great caregiver because I enjoy what I do. I enjoy making a difference in people's lives. I love being a caregiver because it is rewarding in so many ways, and it isn't just a job they become family. You build a bond with the client like no other. I have been a CNA for almost six years now and I don't regret anything. I have experience in Alzhimers and Dementia care and I'm cpr and first aid certified. I am caring, compassionate, fun, realible and hard working. I will make sure your loved one receives the best care possible! I have worked in facilities and I have worked with home care agencies. I love working one on one with a client. It gives me the time to get to know the patient on so many levels and for me to provide them with my undivided attention. I am currently working my way toward my RN for labor and delivery.

I have experiance with diabeties, because ihad gestational diabeties with both my pregnancys. My mother is a RN so i am usedto most medical terms, as well as wound care. My father has had a double bypass, so scars and heart disease i am fimilliar with. I can clean, cook and do laundry as well as run errands. I care for my grandmother through chemotheripy, as well as falls, and forgetfullness. I also have worked with alltimers through my great aunt. I would love to help a family in need.

Hello I'm pleased to say I've been on the nursing field for quite a while.It started back in 2014 when I obtained my Medical assistant certification, and knew how passionate I was to patient care . I worked on internal medicine for a year and decided geriatrics was for me.I've obtain my CNA certification and worked with trach and ventilator patients for a year , then I explored the dementia unit and worked there for 8 months and moved to a long term care facility I worked for about two years until I was able to get into the nursing program .
