I am honest, hardworking, experience, passionate, driven, dependable, highly organized and constantly set goals for myself. I am able to handle multitask. What attracted me to become a caregiver, i love making a difference in a family and their love ones life. I also love making a difference in a clients daily routine to wish the family could be at ease. It's very rewarding field where getting to meet all different kind of personalities.

What makes me a great caregiver is my organization and ablity to multitask, I'm a reliable person. I enjoy people and treat people with respect. I've been a caregiver for 30+ years the reason I became a caregiver is, it's given is the ability to help other people, live the best posible life they can live. What I enjoy the most is watching people smile and heal. The thing I'm most proud of is raising my 4 children to be healthy young men.

I am a naturally caring person, who was raised by my grandparents, so I love and understand the elderly. I love hearing the stories of the past. I love getting to know the families and people involved in their lives. People are important and every person has value and a story to tell! I helped to take care of my grandmother as she was aging and I look back on that time w fond memories. Helping others stay in their home. Making someones life just a little bit easier can have great rewards. I took religion is college, of which I have 3 yrs. I have raised two children, and have been involved in my church over the years. I am now helping to raise two of my grandchildren which I adore! I am faithful and loyal, kind and gentle to others. I am honest and trustworthy.I love gardening, my grandchildren, and nature and all animals, especially cats and horses. In my younger years I was a CNA for about 10 years. Then helped my husband in the restaurant business for quite a few years, then went into janitorial at Hood River High Sch for awhile. I now have an additional 7 yrs (?) in caring for others. I love people! Now that I am a little older, I am enjoying taking care of the elderly and have a good understanding for what they need. I have been doing so for a number (10?) of years. I am a pretty easy going person to wk with.

I am patient and detail oriented, and attentive to patient care. I wanted to become a caregiver once I realized, how many people in the world are in need of care. I also realized how many people are being neglected when it comes to patient care, so initially I wanted to provide the proper care to people in need. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is providing and satisfying patient care needs, and creating a bond with my patients. I am proud that through being a caregiver I was able to also go to school, and receive a diploma in Medical Assisting. It has pushed me to want to further my education in medicine.

I am highly organized and I excel at coordinating all aspects of care, which enables family members to attend to their careers and commitments. I have experience as a Care Manager, hiring, training, and managing a caregiving team for a family that needed 24 hour care for their father. Since I was a very young girl when asked what I want to do I've always been able to respond in the same way: I want to help people. I've always been driven to grow and improve. This desire also extends out to the people around me. As a caregiver, I go out of my way to ensure my client's needs are met before that of my own. I try to get to know each person as what they really are: an incredible human being, with a LOT to offer. I always try to learn something from my incounters, no matter how brief the engagement. I am a simple person,I don't get mad easily.what inspires me to become a caregiver is when my grandma passed away I use to care for her for years before she pass so because of that I know how it feels when your love one needs help and how you want people to care for them I have being a caregiver for over five years I have work with different clients.i love being a caregiver I want to be part of people life helping them,encourage them making sure they reach there life time goals even tho some are hard to reach but still encourage them.
