Hello! I owned & operated a boutique home care agency serving seniors for fifteen years prior to selling the agency and moving to SC with my husband and two boys a couple years ago. I absolutely love spending time with seniors. I enjoy providing companionship and listening to their stories. I love to cook! I am able to assist with all activities of daily living including light housekeeping, cooking, personal care, transportation, medication, exercise... I have extensive training/experience working with dementia as well as many other conditions. I am honest, compassionate, reliable and hardworking. I became a CNA because I am not happy unless I am caring for someone. I have cared for children and the elderly. I enjoy caring for the elderly so much that I wanted to continue. I cared for my grandparents for 2 1/2 years and although caring for little ones is fulfilling, I have never been as satisfied as when I have been caring for the elderly. I love learning from the elderly and listening to their stories. I love being able to give back. I am most proud of my family. I have four children. Three are grown and the youngest is the apple of my eye. I have a wonderful husband that I just adore. I am a cat lover and have seven babies. They never cease to bring me joy. I love doing crafts, such as cross stitch and crochet, or anything else for that matter. I am just a down to earth kind of person, and I just love people.

I have always enjoyed taking care of people and helping every way that I can. I took care of my nanny for 4 years before she passed and that is what initially made me become a care giver. I believe the most essential asset that I have is I know what my patients experience and relate to they way they feel. I was in a bad car wreck 3 years ago, and I was disabled and could not walk for a year. I was put into a nursing home for rehabilitation and was not able to do anything for mysel .

Hello! I love caring for an individuals needs. I'm kind, considerate and patient. Ive worked with a variety of individuals from elderly to young disabled adult and hospice. Most of my experience has been as a private caregiver. I found my passion as a caregiver over 20 years ago when my father needed hospice and I saw the lack in the basic caregiving. I then saw a need for caregivers who actually care for the individuals and their families.

I always have love helping people I believe that was my calling in life.when I was 5 my uncle had asked me what I wanted to b when I grew up I said I wanted to go in the nursing field .So i started out babysitting when I was 13 yrs old n then in high school I took up Certified nursing assistant n I loved it so I been doing nursing assistant for over 30 yrs I love to see the smile on there face or the sparkle in there eyes when they knows somebody cares enough to help them feel there tasked that they can't do.Thanks Denise

I then became a medical technician at a.c.t. pharmacy in portsmouth, va. 2006. 2009 i graduated from everest college of chesapeake, va with a massage therapy degree. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and in home care. I enjoy taking care those in need. I'm dependable, honest, hardworking, patient, fun loving, and caring. I recently moved back to south carolina and board of nursing has proof of my paper work but needed transcript from National Healthcare of greenwood, when i contacted them they said they didn't keep with records over 10yrs.
