Hi Ive been in the medical field in various levels of patient care over 35 years. I have prenursing training and education , Im a registered Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant, much more than a CNA. After caring for my 95 year old mom for 6 years; the realization needing an xtra hand, if nothing else to get a break , was challenging to locate a professional quality caregiver that actually knew what they were doing, and were reliable. It's important to have a good fit with your reliable caregiver. In order to achieve quality care, the well-being , help maintain as much independence as possible, and mentally stimulation; plus provide comfortably safe environment is crucial. I offer a variety of shifts, days, and nights, over-night and weekends /holidays stays, to assist, and provide that much needed break to the full time family caregivers. Especially if you are on your own and need a helping hand till you recover, I'm there for you. I enjoy making a difference helping those that really need it. I have always been passionate about making the lives of those I care for owing to my experience in clinical practice as a an LVN/LPN licensed Nurse and a volunteering work in healthcare in which I have managed the aged and elderly and built a wonderful relationship with them which has helped the outcome of daily living, much improved. Owing to this experience, its been my passion to continue on such opportunities to provide quality care for my clients to make their lives much better.

I really enjoy helping the patient comfortable in their own space. My grandfather and the way he was treated in a nursing home. He just wanted to be at his home. Helping my patient feel comfortable and relaxed. Letting him or her tell stories about the past,love,kids, what it was like in the old days. Being there for them when they need me most. I've been in the homecare field for over 15 years. I absolutely love what I do. Being able to care for my clients and reassure them that they are receiving the best care possible while still being in the comfort of their own home is a very humbling experience. I love caring for people. I have been a caregiver the majority of my life. Along with working as a caregiver currently, I was my maternal grandmothers caregiver while she had Alzheimer's until she passed in November 2015. I then became a caregiver to my paternal grandmother who had liver cancer for a few months until she passed in November of 2016. I have taken care of or been a companion of many others for over 20 years. I like giving back and helping those that are unable to help themselves. I treat my clients and take care of them like they are my family. I like to talk about just about anything and love to hear about their lives.
